Our firm is seeking to add an immigration attorney who is experienced in matters before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR). Most of the work will involve client representation before EOIR. The candidate must also be fluent in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities:
Salary will be dependent on experience. The preferred candidate will have at least 3
years of experience in immigration law and removal defense.
